Organoleptic details
Touch: firm, compact consistency.
Appearance: cylindrical shape, with a fine mould coverage thanks to its curing. Its cross-section it is uniform, smooth, with characteristic white marbling fat and its colour varies from pink to red. There is a clear distinction between the meat and the pork fat.
Recommendations: remove the vacuum packaging one hour before eating. Consume within 1 month.
Storage: keep in a cold place (5-10ºC).
Presentation: vacuum packed salchichón sausage.
