Noblanza sliced cured shoulder from Sánchez Romero Carvajal (Jabugo) 100% Iberian porks, reared in the Iberian dehesas and fed with acorns during montanera fattening period. Its diet is complemented with a special feed made of corn, wheat and barley. The shoulder is cooled and cut into a half-moon shape, its outer fat is reduced, and after being salted and washed it is slowly cured in natural cellars.
Noblanza brand exceeds the standards set by the Quality Standard (Royal Decree 1083/2001) regarding breed, feeding and curing times.
