Organoleptic details
Touch: firm, compact consistency.
Appearance: oval shape, with tripe case well adhered to the meat. Its cross-section is smooth and uniform, with characteristic streaky fat. Clear distinction between the meat and the fat.
To the nose and mouth: pleasant paprika and smoky aroma. Sweet spicy flavour thanks to the curing process.
Recommendations: remove the vacuum packaging one hour before eating. Consume within 1 month.
Storage: keep in a cold place (5-10ºC).
Presentation: vacuum packed morcón sausage.
