Organoleptic details
Touch: firm, compact consistency.
Appearance: cylindrical or slightly flattened shape, over 45 mm in diameter and of varying length. Its cross-section is uniform, smooth, with characteristic marbling fat and its colour varies from pink to red. The flesh is uniform and smooth with no muscle bits.
To the nose and mouth: delicate, slightly peppery and smoky taste.
Recommendations: remove the vacuum packaging one hour before eating. Once opened, consume within 1 month.
Storage: keep in a cold place (5-10ºC).
Presentation: cured pork loin sausage vacuum packed and inside a Sánchez Romero Carvajal carton box.
