Cured ham from Patabrava (Guijuelo) 100% Iberian porks, reared in the Iberian dehesas and fed with acorns during montanera fattening period. The ham is cooled and cut into a V shape, its outer fat is reduced, and after being salted and washed it is slowly cured in cellars. Cured for a minimum of 3 years, with a sweet flavour and an intense and natural aroma.
Patabrava products are under the DO Guijuelo (Salamanca), certifying the maximum quality standards from this Designation of Origin.
Ingredients: certified acorn fed cured Iberian ham, salt, and authorised preservatives E-250, E-252.
Curing: 37 months
Recommendations: once opened, consume within 2 weeks.
Storage: keep in a cold place (5-10ºC).
Presentation: 10 vacuum packets of hand sliced cured ham in a 100g.
