Organoleptic details

Touch: firm, compact consistency.

 

Appearance: cylindrical and curved shape, with glossy tripe case well adhered to the meat. In cross-section it is smooth and uniform, with a clear distinction between the meat and the fat, intense dark-red colour.

 

To the nose and mouth: slightly smoky aroma and flavour, and with a spicy touch thanks to the curing process.

Recommendations: remove the vacuum packaging one hour before eating. Consume within 1 month.

Storage: keep in a cold place (5-10ºC).

Presentation: vacuum packed chorizo sausage in a 2 pieces bag.
