You can pay your order through three different systems:

1. TRANSFER

Do the revenue of the total amount of the order to our bank account, which will be specified once you choose the option "Transfer" as form of payment.

Once we receive the transfer, we will proceed to prepare your order.

2. SAFE PURCHASE CYBERPAC SYSTEM

Jamones Merino uses the Cyberpac payment platform, a completely safe system for both the store in collecting and for the client in paying, and accepted by all Safe Purchase Banks operating with most existing credit cards.

You can use this safe system to pay by credit card or wire transfer to our bank account.

The new Cyberpac system complies with the e-commerce standards adopted by the international card operators Visa and MasterCard to guarantee that the purchaser is the holder.
 

Through this system, neither the card holder nor the bank issuing the card can claim lack of knowledge about the purchase made, or request the transaction to be reversed alleging that the “transaction is not authorised by the card holder”.

To pay by credit card it is absolutelly necessary that your bank accepts the Safe Purchase payment. If you have problems with the payment, please communicate with your bank.

STEP BY STEP

• When a client has decided which items he or she wants to purchase, that client accesses the Cyberpac application link from the Jamones Merino website and then enters his or her card number, card expiry date and id code (verification digits) in a safe environment.
  
  
• The next step is for the card issuer bank to check that the client is the holder of the card and verify the purchase.  This operation is carried out through the client’s bank (by a phone call, sms, e-mail).
  
  
• Once the client has been identified and the purchase verified, the transaction is processed in a safe environment.
  
  
• Once payment has been made, the client returns to the Jamones Merino website.
