Shipping Bases and Procedure

 

SHIPPING COUNTRIES

Jamones Merino sends its products to the following countries:

 

Andorra

Austria

Belgium

Czech Republic

Denmark

Finland

France

Germany

Hungary

Italy

Ireland

Netherlands

Poland

Portugal

Spain

Sweden

United Kingdom

 

Each country has different Shipping rates.

 

SHIPPING BASES AND PROCEDURE

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 - 6 working days from the moment the order is confirmed, depending on the destination.

 

All orders are delivered by hand by the haulier company at the shipment address indicated by the client.  We do not make shipments to P.O. boxes, courier or parcel companies.

 

Delivery procedure:

 

          The haulier usually arrives at the shipment address during office hours.  If there is any problem in finding the address, they will call the phone number given by the client on placing the order.

 

          If a person is there to collect the order, that person receives the package and fills the delivery note with their name and surname, DNI (Spain), signature and date of shipment.

 

          If no-one is there, the haulier leaves a note with a telephone number that the client can call to arrange a new date and time for delivery, as well as the address of the nearest office were the client can pick the package up (there are offices in all the provincial capitals and the main cities in Europe).

 

 

MODIFYING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

 

After confirming payment of the order, we start preparing it immediately; as soon as the order leaves our warehouse, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order.

 

If the order has not left the warehouse, the client can contact us, indicating the order number and the modifications that are to be made.

 

 

RETURNING ORDERS

 

Orders may be returned only in case the product is not in good condition.

That is why we suggest you to verify the product in the same moment you receive it.

You have 24 hours to make your complaints.

 

In case that you find some problem or defect in the product, clients should inform the haulier that the order has been rejected and then contact us, stating:

 

          Your order number

          The product that you want to return and a description of the problem

          Whether you require a replacement or a refund.

 

If the haulier is not present, please contact us as soon as possible and give us the same information. We will tell you how to return the product.

 

 

Jamones Merino will pay all charges incurred in returning the product.
